Galaxy A34 (2023)

The phone is working great but the delivery was terrible DHL poor customer service they delivered at estimated date they held the parcel 5days and went there myself before the following day delivered it

I'm truly impressed by how Back Market handled this transaction. This wasn't my first purchase with them, and experiences like this have made me a loyal customer. The first phone I received had connectivity issues and couldn't detect my SIM card. When I decided to request a replacement, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Even better, the replacement phone arrived the very next day, and it was in excellent condition. Well done, Back Market! Your outstanding customer service and efficient handling of the issue have been nothing short of amazing. Keep up the great work! 👏📱✨

Je recommande Back Market.
