franchement au top je ne suis pas déçu il est vraiment super propre comme ci il sortais d'usine je suis vraiment pas déçu en plus c’est ma toute première commande j'étais un peu septique (juste dommage il n’est pas précisé mais j’ai eu un modèle américain) mais sinon sa ne change rien j’adore !!❤️

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished mobile, and after much pondering I settled on the Dark Red S22 Ultra 128gb, they said the the screen was flawless, and that's how it arrived, absolutely pristine condition, like brand new, not a mark anywhere on the screen or body, the battery came charged at more than 80%, and of course it had the built is S pen, I couldn't be more pleased with it it, delivery was quick and it came very packaged, along with excellent communication and great buying experience. I seriously have a thrilling experience with Back market. I orderd a Fair condition phone when I received the phone it was in excellent condition I was amazed, but the phone had some bootloop and wifi disconnecting issue I send the phone back for a replacement and I received the replacement phone in 4days and it's in fair condition but I can surely say that it's a used phone not a refurbished and I love this thing everything is original even the Spen and it's quite pocket friendly then local market. I'm excited to shop again in future from Bank market and do recommend people to try to buy from them.

PERFETTO. Non era convinto di acquistare da Back Market e la prima volta che acquisto un usato ricondizionato. Il telefono mi è arrivato con precisione e la qualità è davvero pari nuovo, anche nella scatola originale con suoi accessorie, incredibile!!! Il primo però non l'ultimo sicuramente.

I got this as a like for like replacement for a phone I purchased from you that I was having problems with. I'm delighted with the phone so far, customer service was excellent and the replacement was sent and received very quickly.
