Galaxy S25 (2025)

My first S25 phone had a faulty speaker, which was a shame. Back Market apologised and immediately sent out a replacement which arrived within two days. The replacement phone is excellent and all the functions work fine. its like a new phone. Excellent customer service from Back Market to replacement the faulty model so quickly. I love my new phone.

após 2 semanas de utilização, posso dizer que o telemóvel vem como novo e a bateria está em excelente estado! recomendo, é como comprar um telemóvel novo por um preço mais acessível. veio também cabo usb-c.

I had my s25 delivered and it was doing auto shutdowns and restarts throughout the day. I contacted BM and they sent a replacement asap.and I cannot fault it. I paid for premium and it basically is immaculate. You'd never know it wasn't from Samsung itself. 3rd phone purchased from here. 2 iPhones and an s25 over the last few years.
